Manolo is a Gold Seal CFI with over 20 years' of experience in the airline industry in the following areas: Flight operations and IT, Operations planning and analysis, Financial planning and analysis, and Revenue management. Manolo became a private pilot in 2017, and after that, he decided that he wanted to be as professional as he could be with his flying, prompting him to get his instrument and commercial, CFI, CFII, and commercial multi-engine ratings.

Manolo instructs part-time, aiming to make you the best and safest pilot you can be. You might think that his teaching gets deep sometimes, but he wants you to become a professional pilot even if you are not considering going to the airlines. Safety is essential. Flying safely will benefit you and those who will be flying with you. That is his ultimate obligation to you as a flight instructor. When he's not flying, Manolo likes spending time with his family, traveling, and cooking (especially grilling)!
